TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

Ellebi calzature, located in Gallipoli (LE) Via Antonietta De Pace 13/25/39, VAT No. 03620730758, is the owner of the website www.ellebicalzature.it
The contract between Ellebì calzature and the Customer is considered concluded upon acceptance of the order by Ellebì calzature
This acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer through digital or telephone means. By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read and fully accepted the general terms and payment conditions outlined below.
Once the online purchase procedure is completed, the Customer will save an electronic copy and keep these general terms of sale, in compliance with articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05.
The tax documentation related to the ordered products will be issued by Ellebì to the Customer at the time of shipping. The invoice will be automatically issued in the name of the person who registered, either as a private individual or company. If the Customer wishes the invoice to be issued to a different name/company name than the registered one, they must communicate this via email immediately after placing the order. In the absence of such communication, Ellebì will always issue a receipt or tax invoice in the name of the registered person.

2. DELIVERY METHODS

Deliveries are not made to islands except for Sicily and Sardinia. However, it is possible to arrange an extra fee with Ellebì for deliveries to other islands.
Product delivery is subject to payment of the related price by the Customer, using the method chosen from those made available by Ellebì. The goods will be shipped and delivered in suitable packages or boxes. Packaging is included in the price.
Delivery conditions and terms different from those provided in the General Conditions must be agreed in advance between the Customer and Ellebì and accepted by the latter through the order confirmation sent by email.
Tax documentation (receipt or invoice) will be sent by Ellebì enclosed with the goods or via email.
Please always enter your address and phone number when registering. It is the Customer’s responsibility to cooperate and be available on the scheduled delivery day. Ellebì also reserves the right to exclude the Customer from the Service for poor cooperation. Ellebì cannot be held responsible for any delay in processing or delivering the order.
Goods will be shipped via express courier. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable courier for each shipment. Once the shipment is made, the Customer will receive an email containing a summary of the agreed conditions, the waybill number, and the courier’s references and data, to verify the shipment status online or through direct contact with the courier if desired.

Important: Upon delivery of goods by the courier, the Customer must check:

  • that the number of packages being delivered matches what is indicated on the transport document;
  • that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape, wrapping paper).

Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancy in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by noting a WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVATION on the courier’s delivery proof. Once the courier’s document is signed, the Customer cannot raise any dispute about the external characteristics of what was delivered.

The express courier provides two delivery attempts. In case of absence after the second attempt, the costs for the third delivery are charged to the recipient, otherwise it is possible to collect the package at the courier’s local office. If the material is not collected within 5 working days while in storage or if delivery to the address provided at the time of purchase is impossible, the order will be returned to Ellebì stores

2a. COURIER DELIVERY

At Ellebì, we know how important it is to receive your order promptly.

* Valid for orders processed before 12:00 noon. Saturdays and Sundays excluded. Promotion valid only for products in stock  

2b. SHIPPING COSTS

2c. IN-STORE PICKUP

You can choose to pick up your order directly from our warehouse after receiving the “Order ready for pickup” email. In most cases, orders are ready for pickup within 12 hours after placing the order.

2d. TIPS FOR FAST SHIPPING

For faster processing of your order, we recommend completing checkout before 12:00 noon to allow for courier pickup on the same day. However, if you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, the goods will be processed once payment is received.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To fully guarantee customer protection, Ellebì ensures the right of withdrawal in accordance with current regulations regarding cancellation and return of goods (articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05). If you are not satisfied with the received product because it does not match the description and photos, you can return it within 10 days of receipt. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
  • the purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box; the application of labels or adhesive tape directly on the product’s original packaging should be avoided in all cases;

Subject to any restoration costs for verified damage to the original packaging, Ellebì will refund the customer the full amount already paid within 5 working days from the return of the goods, through reversal of the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, the customer must promptly provide the bank details for obtaining the refund (ABI code – CAB – Current Account of the invoice holder). The right of withdrawal is completely void, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Ellebì finds:

  • the absence of external packaging and/or original internal packaging;
  • the absence of integral elements of the product
  • product damage for reasons other than its transport. In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Ellebì will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the shipping costs to them.

4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The Customer commits and obligates, once the online purchase procedure is completed, to print and keep these general conditions and specifications of the purchased product.
It is strictly forbidden for the buyer to enter false, and/or invented, and/or fantasy data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and related further communications. The personal data and email must be exclusively the legal ones of the buyer.
Ellebì reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and protection of consumers. The Customer indemnifies Ellebì from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by the Customer, as the Customer is solely responsible for correct data entry.
